Have you lost your ticket? Or never received it in the first place?
The two most common reasons for not receiving your ticket are mis-typed e-mail addresses and anti-spam software/firewalls (university, bank, and government systems tend to have the most problems). Sometimes, there seem to just be weird things about the Internet and e-mail messages end up just floating around the universe somewhere.

E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, e-mail address, and event name and we can re-send your ticket (if you have your Order #, go ahead and send that, but we can usually find your ticket without that). If you are really concerned, you are also welcome to call 573-823-1308.
